Colorful Fall Hikes in Colorado
I want to preface by saying, autumn is my absolute favorite season and the excitement I feel this time of the year is unmatched. I love all of the life lessons autumn teaches us: in order to grow we must continue changing, how beautiful it is to let things go, and things must end to begin again.
(warning: I use “fall” and “autumn” interchangeably in this post)
To celebrate the start of autumn I am sharing my favorite trails for leaf peeping in Colorado!
Leaf peeping (verb) is an activity in which people hike, walk, or drive to view fall foliage.
We are Summit County, locals, therefore, the trails are located here. I will share my list of fall drives later this week!
